1. The service
EasyDP provides tools to help Indian businesses comply with the DPDP Act 2023 — consent management, data-request handling, notices, and audit logging. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for using the service in line with applicable law, including the DPDP Act. You remain the Data Fiduciary for your customers' data; EasyDP acts as your Processor.
3. Early access & pricing
EasyDP is currently offered as early access. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and may change before general availability. No charge applies until you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful data processing, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that infringes others' rights.
5. Liability
The site and any pre-release service are provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, EasyDP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
